Boil and Fit Instructions:

1. Bring water to a boil and remove from heat.
2. Place the mouthguard in the hot water for 30 seconds, or until softened.
3. Carefully remove the mouthguard using a spoon and allow it to cool for 20-30 seconds until comfortable to handle.
4. Place the mouthguard in your mouth and center it over your upper teeth.
5. Bite down firmly and press the mouthguard against your teeth and gums using your fingers and tongue to create a custom fit.
6. Hold in place for 20–30 seconds.
7. Remove the mouthguard and place it in cold water for 30 seconds to set the shape.
8. Test the fit. If needed, repeat the process until the desired fit is achieved.

Care:

• Rinse before and after each use.
• Allow to air dry completely before storing.
• Store in the included protective case.
• Do not leave in direct sunlight, hot vehicles, or near heat sources.
• Replace if damaged, worn, or no longer fits properly.
